Can
I use the card from my mobile phone? |
| |
| |
| V-Tel is a prepaid calling card and is not
a SIM card. Though you can use your local mobile phone to dial
the access number, V-Tel cannot be used with a mobile handset.
The phone calls can be made by dialing the access number printed
on the card from a local landline or any pay phone and activated
by dialling a Personal Identification Number (PIN) printed on
the back of the phone card. |

What technology do you use? |
| |

We use TDM (Time Division Multiplexing)
technology where the calls are sent through existing undersea
cable networks available globally. This gives us an edge over
other calling card operators who use VoIP as their medium which
is inferior in terms of voice quality.
